221 Pounds Of Pot Seized By Sequoyah County K-9 Unit

A Sequoyah County K-9 unit seized over 200 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop last week. 

The deputy and his dog made the stop on I-40 near Sallisaw last Thursday. 

221 pounds of marijuana was found in the rented SUV with a street value of over $1 million.

22-year-old John Myers III and 28-year-old Dominick Maurice Booker of South Carolina were arrested, but have since bonded out.
