Wagoner Man Faces Larceny Charges

A Wagoner County man is facing charges of larceny after deputies say he stole a gun from the owner of a store.

Investigators say Dustin Hernandez went into the Crooked Hook bait shop and asked for minnows.

When the owner went to get them, they say he took a pistol from behind the counter and left.

Deputies say a Facebook post helped them identify Hernandez, who was already in jail on unrelated charges.

Investigators say Hernandez has confessed to the crime.
