Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup plain 2% or fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup regular mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbls. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbls. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups tiny diced broccoli florets
  • 2 1/2 cup tiny diced cauliflower florets
  • 1 1/4 cup thinly sliced baby carrots

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey and salt
  2. Place broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots into a salad bowl
  3. Pour dressing mix in and toss to coat evenly

*For best results, serve within 30 minutes of adding dressing.
