Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bacon, diced
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 lb corn
  • 1 qt cream

Directions:

  1. Dice bacon into small cubes then cook until crispy, saving fat that renders out.
  2. Add onion and cook until soft then add the garlic.
  3. When the garlic begins to become fragrant add in the corn and cream and reduce by half.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
