Norman Road Washed Out After Tuesday's Storms

Part of a main road in Norman is closed and has completely buckled after overnight storms.

This is the 4300 block of W Main St. Huge concrete slabs are now sunken in and the drop is pretty significant. Norman police confirm the damage was all caused by weather from Tuesday night.

The damage sits just down the road from the Sooner Mall. Therefore it's on the the west side...away from OU. Police said in terms of a plan of attack, that would fall on the city's public works department.
