Okmulgee Doctor Charged With DUI

Prosecutors charge an Okmulgee doctor with aggravated DUI and attempting to elude.

Earlier this month, the state Medical Board suspended Zachariah Anderson's medical license, following his arrest for a high-speed chase with police.

A check with the state Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision website now says Anderson's license is active.  

The board also suspended Anderson's license back in 2011 due to substance abuse.
