Okmulgee Doctor Charged With DUI
OKMULGEE COUNTY, Oklahoma - Prosecutors charge an Okmulgee doctor with aggravated DUI and attempting to elude.
Earlier this month, the state Medical Board suspended Zachariah Anderson's medical license, following his arrest for a high-speed chase with police.
A check with the state Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision website now says Anderson's license is active.
The board also suspended Anderson's license back in 2011 due to substance abuse.
