Police arrested a Tulsa man for driving a stolen car for the third time this year.

Officers say 24-year old Andrew Molby was stopped Tuesday at about 8 p.m. for a seat belt violation.

They checked and the car, a 2002 Ford Escort had been reported stolen.

Molby was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints including possession of a stolen vehicle, driving without a license and not wearing a seat belt.

Tulsa County jail records show Andrew Molby has a court appearance set for September 5th.
