Sapulpa Woman In Jail After Receiving Marijuana Delivery Without Prescription
SAPULPA, Oklahoma - A woman is behind bars after police say three boxes of marijuana were delivered to her apartment for her.
Sapulpa Police say following the delivery one of the boxes busted and they could smell marijuana. Police found $10,000 worth of pot and oils that read for medical use only.
"I just think we're going to see more of an abundance of this stuff going on people think it's okay to order from wherever they want and not have to have their prescriptions," said Capt. Glenn Coffey.
Police say Latoya Smith is facing a complaint of transporting a controlled dangerous substance. Police say more arrest could be made.
