A convicted Oklahoma murderer is sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for running a drug ring out of the state penitentiary.
Slint Tate pleaded guilty earlier this year to running the meth ring from prison.
Tate is serving life without parole for killing a Delaware County reserve deputy in 1999.
