The City of Tulsa is doing more to stop Gathering Place visitors from parking in the surrounding neighborhoods.
The Brookside Neighborhood Association said starting this week, the City is putting up new "No Parking" signs in neighborhoods around Gathering Place, with pictures that show cars getting towed.
Tulsa Police are also monitoring known trouble spots.
