Tulsa Federal Grand Jury Returns 14 Indictments

A federal grand jury in Tulsa indicted two Oklahomans and a Texas man this week.  They are among 14 indictments returned on Wednesday.

In a news release from the US Attorney's Office for Northern Oklahoma, 26-year-old Raelyn Sutton of Spavinaw was indicted for conveying false and misleading information concerning an explosive device.

She was arrested for making a bomb threat against the Rogers County Courthouse back in September.

The US Attorney's Office says 27-year-old Levi Welker of Tulsa was indicted for distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography, enticement and tampering with a victim.

Detectives say Welker gave girls prepaid, or “burner,” phones so they could chat without the girls’ parents knowing.  Sending them lewd messages and pictures, even meeting up with one of them.

And the US Attorney's Office in Tulsa says Kerry Sloan, 55, of Harker Heights, Texas was indicted for transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
