Water Main Break Causes Problems In South Tulsa

City crews are working to fix a water line break near 71st and Mingo. The source of the break is in the driveway of the Windstream hub building.

A 12-inch line ruptured underneath the driveway causing water to flow into the street. It's the only way to get in or out for employees so city crews waited until people got to work to close off the driveway.

Fortunately, the water line break is not on Mingo, so hopefully the road won't have to be narrowed or shut down while the work is going on.
