TULSA, Oklahoma - The mission of Tulsa's Animal Rescue Foundation is to find a loving family for homeless pets in our area. Their work wouldn't be possible without the help of dozens of volunteers.

News On 6 wanted to make their job a little easier this holiday season so we stopped by with a special delivery.

Stacia Knight, Brian Dorman and Ashley Izbicki brought by some special treats for the folks and adoptable pets. Volunteers said they have many animals who need a foster home but are currently boarded at vet clinics.

Some foster families can't afford extra treats for the animals, so donations are always welcome.

You can stop by and see pets at their LaFortune Park home, 5201 South Yale Avenue, or visit online to find out other locations the animals will be shown.

You can meet an Animal Rescue Foundation of Tulsa Pet each Friday on News On 6 at Noon.
