Tulsa Man Charged With 1st Degree Murder

Prosecutors file a first-degree murder charge on Wednesday against a Tulsa man.

Police say Epifanio Soto shot and stabbed Darwin Espin outside his apartment in the 1900 block of South Jackson on Monday, December 17th.

Officers say Soto and Espin knew each other. Espin died after arriving at a Tulsa hospital.
