BA Man Who Threatened To 'Dissolve Ex-Girlfriend In Acid' Pleads Guilty, Sentenced

A Broken Arrow man who police said had threatened to dissolve his former girlfriend in a barrel of acid, pleaded guilty in Tulsa County court on Thursday, January 3rd.

David Boggs, 32, was charged following the incident with assault and battery and two counts of kidnapping.

On October 21st, 2018, police say Boggs forced his ex-girlfriend to get into his car while she was at work near 11th and Peoria.

At the Thursday's hearing, Boggs was also sentenced to prison.

Records show he will be supervised after his release, and will be required to complete an intervention program through DVIS.
