2 Tulsa Teens Arrested After Chase

Police say the driver hit a center median near Highway 11 and Harvard and that car finally stopped.

Police take two teens in custody after a Tulsa chase early Thursday.

They booked 18-year-old Miguel Morales and his passenger, 18-year-old Christian Gonzalez, into the Tulsa County jail.

Police say they tried to stop a white Ford Fusion at about 3 a.m. as it was traveling north on Sheridan without its headlights on.

The officer who first saw the car stopped pursuing it near 21st and Sheridan, but other officers spotted the car near 36th Street North near Highway 75 a short time later. They say the driver still did not stop.

Miguel Morales faces several complaints including traffic violations and eluding, while Christian Gonzalez was arrested for several outstanding warrants.
