Three trucks hauling giant windmill blades stopped traffic just east of the Inner Dispersal Loop near downtown Tulsa Tuesday afternoon.
Each truck is hauling one giant windmill blade. The trucks stopped just short of the ramp from westbound I-244 to northbound Highway 75, on the east side of the IDL.
The trucks sat on the side of the highway for about two hours, then headed west on 244 instead of trying to take the ramp to northbound Highway 75.
