TULSA, Oklahoma - Prosecutors filed charges against a man they say shot an Uber driver in Tulsa.

Joseph Almader faces one count of shooting with intent to kill and one count of speeding 11-14 miles per hour over the limit.

The charges stem from an incident on January 12, 2019. Police say an Uber driver got caught in the middle of a fight between his passengers and another group of men at a late-night party at a motel.

According to police, Almader shot at the Uber driver as he drove away grazing the driver's shoulder and ear.
