The U.S. Supreme Court will not review the cases of two Oklahoma death row prisoners.

Julius Jones and Tremane Wood argue minorities are more likely to be sentenced to death in Oklahoma when the victim is white.

Both men have been sentenced to death for murders in 1999 and 2002.
