An Oklahoma man is now charged with first-degree murder for a shooting that happened late last month.

Prosecutors say Kaewon Fritz shot and killed Glenn Scott. The shooting happened near Apache and MLK Jr. Blvd.

Police say the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office had already arrested Fritz in a separate investigation when charges were filed.
