New body camera video from the Tulsa Police Department shows the moment a chase suspect surrendered.

In the video, Christopher Kysar runs through several stop signs and nearly hits a man in a wheelchair. Kysar finally stops the stolen truck and sticks his hands out of the window.

Police say there another warrant out for his arrest right now due to a failure to show up for court.
