Emergency crews are working to rescue a worker stuck on a D.C. Police Department radio tower, reports CBS affiliate WUSA9.

They report that D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the police tower and are trying to safely rescue the man.

Officials told WUSA9 the worker has all of his safety equipment attached but is unable to come down on his own.
