The Haskell County Sheriff's Office says they arrested a shooter after an extensive manhunt.

The Haskell County Sheriff's Office says they arrested a shooter after an extensive manhunt. Deputies say Cortez Fulsom shot a man in southwest Haskell County on Friday.

The victim was taken to the hospital and has been released. The sheriff's office says they had to get the OHP Air Wing to help find Fulsom.
