A bill that would ban vaping on school property is closer to becoming state law.
The bill passed its final hurdle on Monday and now goes before the Governor. Senate Bill 33 passed in the Oklahoma State House 91-to-0. It already passed the Senate and if Governor Stitt signs the bill into law it will go into effect on November 1st.
