The National Rifle Association is suing an Oklahoma company over a financial dispute.

Oklahoma City-based Ackerman McQueen is the NRA's longtime ad agency.

The NRA says the company withheld crucial financial details in its billing.

The group says Ackerman McQueen violated its contract by not disclosing those details.

However, the company says it turned over all the information the NRA requested.

The two have worked together since the 1980s.
