Spectators have noticed water seeping through parts of the Keystone Dam.

Rachelle Wilson posted a video on our Facebook page, asking us to look into it. The Army Corps of Engineers says this is nothing new.

They say it occurred during the and the 2015 flood events and they say it's not a concern. The Corps says it's normal for water to seep through the dam, especially when the lake level is high.
