TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa Police have arrested a man suspected in a shooting that killed one man and injured three other people. One of the other victims is in critical condition after the shooting near 15th and Memorial.

 The shooting happened around 1:15 p.m. Monday, May 20 at the Red Fox apartments where police say a man named Kaleb Young with a gun shot four people.

One died at the scene, another was very critically injured and the other two, police say will survive.

Witnesses described the sound of maybe a dozen shots fired - and video from witnesses show the victims down, with people trying to help them.

Police have not identified the homicide victim.

Young was booked on complaints of first-degree murder and three counts of shooting with intent to kill. Police said one of the victims is not expected to survive his wounds.
