The Keystone Dam is releasing more than 164,000 cubic feet of water per second following several rounds of heavy rain.

That's more than 1.2 million gallons of water every second.

Because of the release several community downstream along the Arkansas River are alert for flooding as early as Tuesday morning.

The Tulsa Red Cross has opened a shelter at the Crosstown Church of Christ just east of downtown Tulsa.
