A Tulsa man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to rape and lewd molestation.

Levi Welker used Kik and Snapchat to contact 13 to 14-year-old girls. He pretended to be 16, sent them lewd messages and pictures, and even met up with some of them.

He even gave "burner" phones to the girls so he could talk to them without their parents finding out about it.
