A couple was crossing the street when they were struck by a vehicle on June 26, around 9:25 p.m.

The accident occurred at 81st street and Lewis.

The man was in a wheel chair with his wife when they were crossing the street and were struck by a truck.

They were both transported to a hospital by paramedics.
