Woman Injured In Hit & Run Near Locust Grove

Mayes County Deputies are investigating a hit and run that sent a woman to a hospital.

Investigators say Tonya Johnson was hit by a pickup just south of locust grove yesterday evening at about 6. Deputies say that pickup was an early 2000s Chevy, single cab that is gray or black.

Johnson is expected to survive but is still in a hospital. If you know anything about this crime - call police.
