Motorcycle Crash Shuts Down Ramp To Highway 169

A man is in critical condition after a motorcycle crash Wednesday night, July 31.

The accident took place on northbound Highway 169 near 81st Street.

According to police, the driver lost control, went into the grass, and the motorcycle flipped several times. Police said the driver wasn't wearing a helmet.

The on-ramp nearby to northbound Highway 169 is currently closed down.

News On 6 initially was told by Tulsa Police that the motorcyclist died following the crash, but we have since learned he is in critical condition.
