Tulsa Police say a driver is dead after a crash near 46th and Garnett.

Officers say a security guard called 911 after nearly being hit by a car driving in the wrong lane.

Police say the driver sped up and then crashed into a concrete pillar and died.

The driver's name has not been released. No other drivers were hurt.
