A 12-inch water line off Highway 31 in McAlester is now fixed.

It began causing low water pressure on Sunday. Crews found the broken line on Monday. McAlester issued a voluntary boil notice as a precaution.

City leaders say the city's water towers are still filling up, so they would like people to conserve water until the system is full.
