Tulsa Police are trying to figure out how a vehicle ended up rolled-over in the grass near the Route 66 sign at Admiral and Mingo.

Police say they got a call about the abandoned car around 2 a.m. Thursday morning that was right in the middle of the traffic circle.

When officers arrived, no one was around and they're not sure who owns the vehicle.
