Water gushed into the air Thursday morning after a water break near 41st Street and Mingo. Water shot 30 feet into the air.
A water line ruptured and the water pressure blew the top off a hydrant. The water was shut off, and crews worked overnight and into the morning to fix it.
All lanes of 41st and Mingo were reopened by lunchtime Thursday.
The City of Tulsa utility department said only one building was affected by the break.
