A Tulsa man is in jail accused of robbing a Bill And Ruth's Sandwich Shop near 31st and Memorial.

A Tulsa man is in jail accused of robbing a Bill And Ruth's Sandwich Shop near 31st and Memoria

Tulsa Police say Elizha Whitney walked into the store on Thursday afternoon and told the cashier he had a gun and that he wanted the money in the register.

Officers say the clerk fought Whitney until he ran away. Officers then located Whitney at a nearby motel.
