OKLAHOMA CITY -- A pizza place in Buffalo, Oklahoma, must pay $40,000 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

The EEOC accused the manager of Pizza Pub of sexually harassing an 18-year-old female worker by touching her and making sexually suggestive comments. The woman said she objected to the manager's behavior but when it didn't stop, she quit her job.

The EEOC ruled that Educominc, LLC, the parent company of Pizza Pub, must pay $40,00 in back pay and damages to the former worker. The company also agreed to educate employees about discrimination and harassment, and post a notice notifying employees of their rights.
