A man accused in the shooting death of an Oklahoma City teenager turned himself into authorities Monday afternoon.

Richard Morales, 15, was shot to death in the 1100 block of N.W. 105th Street. His body was found lying in the street.

According to Oklahoma City police, one of the suspects in this case, 19-year-old Brenton Jackson, turned himself in at the Oklahoma County Jail Monday afternoon.

The other suspect in this case, 16-year-old Tavon Railback, was arrested late last week.

The two now face charges of first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill.

According to the arrest warrant, Morales was walking with three friends around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, when a car drove past them and stopped in the road. Someone stepped out of the front passenger's side of the car, turned toward the group and started shooting.

The shooter then got back into the car and the vehicle drove away, according to police.
