Jurors return to the court house Tuesday for questioning in the murder trial of Michael Bever. He's charged with murdering his parents, two brothers and a sister in Broken Arrow in 2015.
We expect attorneys on both sides will begin questioning potential jurors.
Two potential jurors were dismissed Monday, so that means 100 will return to the courthouse on day two.
Something else that happened Monday - Michael Bever's attorneys claimed they just learned that Michael's surviving sister and a key eyewitness, gave a new statement to the District Attorney last week. In that interview, the D.A. says the sister describes Michael and his brother Robert as being obsessed with being serial killers, and asked her if she wanted to help.
Special Coverage: Bever Family Murders
Michael Bever is accused of stabbing and killing his mother, father and three siblings to death. His older brother, Robert is already serving five life prison sentences for the murders.
We could hear discussion today about the sister's new testimony along with whether Michael should be restrained during the trial.
