Creamy Vegan Basil and Pecan Cheese Dip
1 - 8-ounce package Kite Hill plain cream cheese
? cup chopped fresh basil
¼ cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
¼ tsp. salt
A teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 3 days. Makes 1½ cups.
Serve with crackers or crudités (daikon radish slices, red radishes, celery, carrots, bell pepper, zucchini, sweet potato, etc.)
