Tulsa police arrested a man they said used a bump key to steal from cars.
Anthony Horton was arrested Dec. 5 after police said several people saw him inside at least two cars. Investigators found the bump key, which is a key used for lock picking - inside the car he was next to.
Police also said they found brass knuckles and drug paraphernalia. Officers said Horton admitted to being on meth at the time.
