Man Sentenced For Shooting Tulsa Teen In The Head

A man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting a teenager in the head. Thomas Avery pleaded guilty to shooting with intent to kill and possession of a firearm.

Avery shot the 15-year-old at the Saint Thomas Apartment Complex. Detectives believe the shooting was connected to another shooting in the same area a week before.
