Tulsa Police are looking for the person who they say shot a 15-year-old boy in a drive-by shooting near 46th Street North and Main.

Police say the teenager got into a fight at a store near 46th Street North and Martin Luther King Blvd. then ran to a house a couple blocks away. They say that’s when three suspects followed the teen and shot him.

Officers say when they got to the scene they found seven rounds scattered in the street and the 15-year-old boy who had been shot in the hand and the lower body.

We spoke to Seven Eubanks after he was released from the hospital.

Reagan Ledbetter: "How are you feeling right now?"
Seven Eubanks: "Straight."

A neighbor who wanted to remain anonymous said his cousin and her friends were playing outside when he heard several gun shots.

"I got her inside and then I came out to make sure the other kids were inside, that they got home safe, and I saw two cars go tearing down the road,” he said.

"They stopped at the corner and had an argument and then took off."

Officers say after the suspects shot the teen he was able to walk into the house.

Police say they talked to neighbors who say they heard gun shots but didn't see anything.

"I'm not sure if he was in the front yard or walking in the street,” says Sgt. Dedloren Sanders, with Tulsa Police. “There was a lot of rounds in the street. He may have been in the driveway. He wasn't giving us much information."

Officers say EMSA took the boy to the hospital but he is expected to be okay.

"He was conscious and talking but he wouldn't talk about who did this to him,” says Sanders.

The neighbor I talked to tells me he has heard gun shots in the area, but never so close to home.

"I can't believe someone just comes from the store and gets shot just from an argument. This is ridiculous,” says a neighbor.

Police say they are looking for three men between 16 and 21-years-old driving a blue Chevy Impala.
