Suspect And Victim Identified In Fatal Tulsa Hit-And-Run Collision

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers have identified the suspect and victim in a fatal hit-and-run. 

The collision on westbound Interstate 44 near 33rd West Avenue in Tulsa on Saturday. Investigators said it appears a 2016 black Toyota Tundra driven by Jason Rudluff struck and killed 61-year-old Perry Killian at the exit to the Gilcrease Expressway around 3:30 p.m.  Rudluff then fled the scene.

Troopers have made contact with Rudluff but say no arrests have been made at this time. The investigation is still ongoing.
