Amber calls this 'Carolyn’s Crockpot Queso'
2lb Velveeta Cheese
10 oz Rotel
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1lb cooked ground sausage
Cook the sausage in a skillet and drain. Cut the Velveeta into small squares and toss all the ingredients into the crockpot. Set on low, stirring occasionally, until melted through. Serve as a topping to tacos or burgers, or as a dip with chips.
