The food selection at a Tulsa soup kitchen is growing and diversifying in a lot of exciting new ways.
"I like to kid our chef every week that it's kind of like Iron Chef. What did we get and what are we making?” said Carrie Vesely-Henderson, executive director at Iron Gate.
She says Iron Gate is getting a lot of new food donations through new business partnerships.
"I like to say it's our neighbors helping our neighbors in need,” she said.
One of those is Mother Road Market, who reached out to Iron Gate a few weeks ago.
Every Monday, they now donate extra food they have leftover - so far, sending 110 pounds.

"We want Mother Road Market to be a leader in Tulsa in both sustainability, and in community partnership, so working with Iron Gate has been a perfect fit,” said Jeff Thompson, GM of Mother Road Market.
And that's not the only help Iron Gate is getting.
Vesely-Henderson says they also recently partnered with Farrell Family Bread.
"Some of it will go to our meal, and some of it will be able to put in our grocery pantry,” she said.
And she says all of it now is more important than ever.
Since moving to their new location a few weeks ago, they've increased their service by about 100 to 200 meals per day.
"So these donations, very timely, very helpful."
Iron Gate also has long standing relationships with Quiktrip and Reasor’s as well.
