A man is out on bond after being accused of raping a 15-year-old girl. The victim told police 23-year-old Austin Emarthla sexually assaulted her while they were at a home watching a move, reports say.

The victim said she was scared but eventually did tell someone and got a protective order against Emarthla.

Prosecutors charged him with rape and lewd molestation.
