Wednesday, the City of Tulsa will break ground on a project to widen South Mingo between 71st and 81st streets.
City officials say the improvements will allow for significant traffic increases and future economic development.
It's part of the $15 million South Mingo Corridor project approved as part of the Vision Tulsa package.
