Tulsa Man Back In Jail For Threats Against TU, Police Say

After shooting a process server Wednesday night and bonding out the next day, Christopher Barnett is back in jail Friday morning.

After shooting a process server Wednesday night and bonding out the next day, Christopher Barnett is back in jail Friday morning.

This comes after law enforcement searched Barnett's house Thursday night. He was booked on a complaint of threatening an act of violence. Police said he threatened the University of Tulsa and a professor there. Barnett said he would shoot fans exiting a TU football game at halftime, according to court documents.

Officers say they searched Barnett's house and found guns and his marijuana grow operation.

Barnett claims self defense in the original shooting with a process server.
